Our healthcare professionals (physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other clinicians) visit patients directly at their residence.

During home visits, the clinician will:
- Perform a full clinical assessment
- Deliver treatment where appropriate

- Follow up until clinical goals are met and discharge is appropriate

All treatment is delivered at home, and patients do not need to travel to the clinic unless specifically advised.

Subscriptions

Our rehabilitation subscriptions are structured care programs, designed to provide continuity, progression, and clinical oversight, with a maximum frequency of two sessions per week.

Each subscription includes:

- Communication and coordination within the care team
- Outcome monitoring
